New Notification Features - 07/08/2025
MyLawClients has new notification features, giving you more control in customizing your alerts.
If this update causes you to have trouble with the system (SMS or emails not going through, for example), try refresh your browser cache.

Take the tour.
When you log in, you will be given a chance to take a quick visual tour of the new features.
Click on "Next" to proceed, "Previous" to go back, or the "x" in the upper right corner to exit the tour.
You can also navigate the tour using forward and backward arrows on your keyboard, and "Escape" ("Esc") to exit.
Click on the circled "i" icon to go through the tour again.

Select Notifications
Click no the notification type dropdown to select which types of alerts you want to view.
Click to select any combination of alerts to see. Click anywhere outside this dropdown to close.

Notification management
To change settings for your notifications, you can click on the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right.
Here you can Mark all as read, or Delete all. This will affect only the notifications shown according to your current filters.
Click on "Manage Notifications" to change the settings for which types of notifications you want displayed here.

Notification Settings
Here you can select which alerts show in your notification center, when:
- you are assigned/unassigned as Attorney (or Assistant) to a client
- a docket is assign/unassignend to you
- a task is assigned to you
- a phone message is assigned to you
- a calendar appointment is assigned to you
Select any combinations that suits your needs.
You can also get there by clicking on your Profile icon, then seleting "My Profile".
Be sure to click on "Save" when you are done.

Firm Notifications
If you are an administrative user for your firm, you can set Firm Notifcations.
Go to Settings, then select "Firm Notifications".
Select which users will be alerted when a user status changes.
